If you plan to go to Belgium, you absolutely have to stop by Ghent and see Ed Templeton's exhibition at the S.M.A.K. I went to the opening two weeks ago and really loved it. Our friend Thomas Caron, the curator, did a wonderful job organizing this big mid-career retrospective. He kindly offered me the beautiful catalog and the day after I went back to have a dedication from the artist (a nice dude). I mostly knew him as a skater so it was a very nice surprise to discover this rich universe. The mix between the pictures, the paintings and the sculptures is very appealing.
